The 53^rd INTERNATIONAL BELGRADE BOOK FAIR, will take place on October 20 - 26, 2008, at Belgrade Fair.

We would like to send you some information on the terms significant for the success of your preparations for participation at the forthcoming event, as follows:

October 10, 2008	- Deadline for Submitting Your Stand Design for Approval - the Exhibitors fitting their stands themselves (in the Belgrade Fair Design Office or at overaprojekta@sajam.co.rs solely in PDF format), - Deadline for Submitting Your Additional Request for Stand Fitting (chairs, tables, Desks,etc.),
October 13, 2008	- Deadline for Submitting Your Service Order
October 13, 2008	- Your Stand Mounting Commencement, from 8:00 a.m.
October 19, 2008	- Deadline for the Stand Mounting Completion, till 0.00 a.m. (midnight),
October 20, 2008	- Deadline for the Stand Arrangement Completion, till 12.00 p.m. (noon), - Event Opening for Visitors at 2.00 p.m., - Festive Event Opening, at 6.00 p.m.,
October 26, 2008	- Event Closing at 8.00 p.m. and Exhibit Removal till 11.00 p.m.
October 27, 2008	- Stand Dismantle Commencement at 8.00 a.m.
October 30, 2008	- Stand Dismantle Completion, till 8.00 p.m.

In the stand mounting period, October 13 - 18, 2008 and the stand dismantle, October 27 - 30, 2008, the hall opening hours are from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. and on October 19, 2008 from 8.00 a.m. to 0.00 a.m. (midnight).

Vehicles will not be enabled to enter the exhibiting Halls on October 20 and 26, 2008.

* THE EVENT OPENING HOURS FOR EXHIBITORS:

• October 20, 2008 from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. 
• October 21 - 25, 2008 from 9.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.
• October 26, 2008 from 9.30 a.m. to 23.00 p.m.

* THE EVENT OPENING HOURS FOR VISITORS:

• October 20, 2008 from 2.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
• October 21 - 26, 2008 from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m

IMPORTANT:

• After the opening hours for visitors, any electric power at the stand shall be turned off, for safety reasons.
• The stand closing after the opening hours may be carried out solely by the PVC foil you may take over at the Hall Supervisor Office.

SPECIAL REMARK: The Exhibitors shall obey the time of the event opening and closing, i. e. the stand with exhibits shall be functional from its opening, on October 20, 2008, at 12.00 p.m. (noon) to the event closing, on October 26, 2008 at 8.00 p.m.
