The 54th INTERNATIONAL BELGRADE BOOK FAIR will take place on October 26 - November 01, 2009, at Belgrade Fair. We would like to send you some information on the terms significant for the success of your preparations for participation at the forthcoming event, as follows:

- Deadline for Submitting Your Stand Design for Approval - the Exhibitors constructing their stands themselves (in Belgrade Fair Design Office or to overaprojekta@sajam.co.rs - in PDF format only)
- Deadline for Submitting Your Subsequent Stand Fitting Order (chairs, tables, desks, etc.)

- Deadline for Submitting Your Service Order,
|
|
|
- Stand Mounting Commencement from 8.00 a. m.,
|
|
|
- Deadline for the Stand Mounting Completion, till 0.00 a.m. (midnight),
|
|
|
- Deadline for the Stand Arrangement Completion, till 12.00 p. m. (noon),
- Event Opening for Visitors at 2.00 p. m.,
- Festive Event Opening at 6.00 p. m.,
|
|
|
- Event Closing at 8.00 p. m. and Exhibit Removal till 11.00 p. m.,
|
|
|
- Stand Dismantle Commencement at 8.00 a.m.,
|
|
|
- Stand Dismantle Completion, till 8.00 p. m.
|

In the stand mounting period, October 19- 24, 2009 and the stand dismantle, November 02 – 03, 2009, the hall opening hours are from 8.00 a. m. to 8.00 p. m., and on October 25, 2009 from 8.00 a. m. to 0.00 a. m. (midnight).
It will not be possible to drive vehicles into the fair halls on October 26 and November 01, 2009.

The stand closing after the opening hours may be carried out only by PVC foil, which may be taken over at the Hall Supervisor Office.

SPECIAL REMARK: The Exhibitors shall obey the time of the event opening and closing, i. e. the stand with exhibits shall be operational from its opening, on October 26, 2009, at 12.00 p. m. (noon) to the event closing, on November 01, 2009 at 8.00 p. m.
